Return and Exchange Policy

At ProVision, we understand your need to remain safe when you purchase any product or service. As such, we want to give you the peace of mind you deserve with the right return and exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with our product or service, you can either return it or have it exchanged. Here is a closer look at our return and exchange policy, along with information related to shipping.

Return Policy

At ProVision, we are proud to provide our customers a free 14-day refund on non-solvent products, less the shipping costs. We accept a returned product if its packaging is not damaged, and the claim is filed within the specified number of days. If you are not satisfied with the product, contact us for a return or a refund within 7 days of your purchase.

When we receive the product, we inspect it thoroughly to ensure it is unused and in it’s in the same condition it was shipped in. If your return request is approved, we will provide you a refund in the same mode of payment you used to check out with when paying for the product. The refund process will be initiated within 2 business days of approval. The time the money is credited back to your account depends on your bank/credit card issuer processing times.

Exchange Policy

If you are requesting an exchange, we offer a replacement within 5 working days of receiving the returned product. However, that is subject to the conditions below. Moreover, ProVision has the authority to decline the exchange request made by the customer based on the following:

  • ProVision is not responsible for any damage done to products during usage and hence will not accept exchange for the product in case of any damage to the product and/or packaging
  • We will exchange the item if it was damaged during shipping or if you have received the wrong item(s)
  • Accepted items will be replaced with the same, or equivalent model from the manufacturer if it was discontinued of out of stock

Shipping

Except for customers in the metro Michigan area, and customers with orders in excess of $100, customers are responsible to pay for shipping charges.
